built as an improvement to the new nation by creating a garden city, by capturing people's relationship with nature.
It allows people to socialize by integrating retail spaces. People's Park Complex is a residential building and a shopping complex merged together. Residents can enjoy the retail space downstairs just steps away from their homes.
